We begin by developing a comprehensive Requirements Document
that includes all details about the client’s administrative scope,
including benefits offerings, calculations (eligibility, financial),
event rules and processing procedures, and all elements of the
demographic data dictionary. This Requirements Document
guides both the technical implementation of the system, and the
ongoing administration services provided to the client. Aliquant
personnel become experts in your offerings, your procedures,
your corporate culture — we act as an extension of your staff.
The system is then deployed by our team of Technical Analysts
based upon this requirements analysis. The same team
of professionals who deploy your system maintain it on an ongoing
basis. There is no hand–off between initial deployment
and ongoing teams that often results in loss of critical system
knowledge. All
clients are deployed on separate instances of the system, including
separate databases, web sites and operating environments. Each
client’s setup can be developed, tested and maintained
independently of all other clients, which provides unequaled
flexibility and responsiveness.
